What to Expect
Parenting can feel like a constant battle of reminders, negotiations, and raised voices. If you’re tired of repeating yourself, losing your cool, or feeling like yelling is the only way to get your child’s attention—you’re not alone.
This practical, encouraging workshop is designed to help parents of children ages 17 and under learn how to guide behavior without shouting, threatening, or constant power struggles.
Whether your child is a preschooler or a teenager, this class will equip you with simple, effective tools to create cooperation, improve communication, and restore calm in your home.
Led by Sara Yarbrough, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, this workshop offers expert insight and real-world strategies in a supportive, down-to-earth environment.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
Get the behaviors you want without yelling or escalating
Respond calmly instead of reacting emotionally
Set clear boundaries your child can actually follow
Reduce power struggles and improve daily cooperation
Cost: FREE!
Space is limited — 12 seats available (first come first serve)
