What to Expect
The pressure to perform can take a toll on teen athletes—physically, mentally, and emotionally. This 8-week training group is designed to equip teens with the mental tools they need to thrive in sports and in life.
This interactive program covers essential topics like focus, confidence, handling pressure, and building a healthy identity beyond athletics.
Led by Holly Haneke, LMHCA, she will guide them through hands-on activities, take-home tools, and real-life strategies that athletes can start using right away—at practice, in competition, and beyond.
Whether your athlete is struggling with nerves, battling negative self-talk, or just ready to level up their mindset, this group will give them the skills and support to build lasting resilience and inner strength.
In this program, your athlete will learn how to:
Set meaningful goals and develop a strong, growth-oriented mindset
Stay focused and mentally tough under pressure
Build lasting confidence and healthy self-talk habits
Manage performance anxiety with practical coping strategies
Strengthen communication, resilience, and balance on and off the field
The program is scheduled to start October 6th and will meet every other week for eight weeks.

November 3rd & 17th
