The teen years can feel like uncharted territory—for both parents and teens. As your child pushes for independence, emotions can run high and communication can get complicated.
This workshop is designed to help parents of teens navigate adolescence with confidence, clarity, and connection.
Whether your teenager is already testing boundaries or just beginning to wrestle with big questions about the future, this class will equip you with practical tools to guide them through the emotional, social, and developmental challenges of the high school years.
Led by Sara Yarbrough, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, this workshop offers expert insight and real-world strategies in a supportive and engaging environment.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
Build survival skills for living with and loving a chaotic teenager
Prepare them emotionally and practically for life after high school
