Qualifications
Cydney is passionate about creating a collaborative and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to share their stories. She enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan and has a special interest in supporting older adults navigating life transitions and individuals seeking career direction.
She primarily uses a narrative therapy approach, helping clients explore their experiences, identify personal strengths, and make meaning of their stories as they move toward growth and change.
Cydney will complete her graduate level degree by December 2026 and values integrating spirituality and cultural awareness into the counseling process when it aligns with each client’s goals and values.
