Trained & Certified Faciliators
Led by Travis Grow, trained in sexual addiction recovery, under the clinical supervision of Sara Yarbrough, certified through American Associate of Sexual Addiction Therapy.

Real Accountability
A closed, consistent group of men doing the work together, not a drop-in meeting, but a committed process.

Confidential & Judgment-Free
What's shared in group stays in group. It's a safe place to be honest without fear of exposure or shame.

You know that
something has to change.

-
You've tried to quit on your own and it hasn't stuck
-
You're tired of carrying this in secret

You're ready to commit to weekly attendance and real homework, not a quick fix
-
You want practical tools you can actually use when the urge hits, not just talk
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps
to joining the group.
1
Individual Assessment
Every man starts with a one-on-one consultation with Travis Grow or Sara Yarbrough, to talk through your story and goals.
2
They Determine Fit
They assesses whether this group is the right next step for your recovery, not everyone is invited on the first meeting, and that's okay.
3
You're Invited to Group
If it's a good fit, you'll be invited into the open Wednesday group and begin the weekly process together.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Your questions about
Men's Recovery Group.
What happens in the consultation?
It's a one-on-one, conversation where Travis or Sara gets to know your story and goals and determines whether the group is the right fit for where you're at in your recovery.
What if they decides the group isn't a fit for me right now?
They will talk with you about what might be a better next step, whether that's individual therapy or preparing further before joining a group.
Do I need to buy the books before my first session?
We keep copies on hand, so you can purchase them from us directly. Once you're set up as a client in our system, we'll save a card on file, and it's charged when you pick up your books.
What happens if I miss a session?
Consistent attendance matters, both for your progress and the group's. Missing more than one session a month for two consecutive months may mean pausing participation until you can fully commit.
Is this group confidential?
Yes. What's shared in group stays in group. Confidentiality and mutual respect are part of what members agree to when they join.
How is billing handled?
A card is kept on file and charged automatically on the last Tuesday of each month. An invoice and receipt are emailed after each charge.
