Travis Grow is a Sexual Addiction Coach at The Couch in Spokane Valley, WA, currently completing his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, expected December 2029, under the clinical supervision of Sara Yarbrough. Travis leads and facilitates the men's recovery group, walking alongside men who are ready to break free from pornography and compulsive sexual behavior.

His approach is accountability and curriculum driven. Rather than open ended conversation alone, Travis leads clients through Dr. Douglas Weiss's Final Freedom curriculum, a structured, step by step process that pairs weekly group accountability with real world tools they can use the moment temptation hits.

Travis is currently accepting new members for the men's recovery group on Wednesdays at The Couch in Spokane Valley, WA, and is especially well suited for men ready to stop fighting pornography or sexual addiction alone and commit to a weekly process of real accountability.

What working with Travis actually looks like.

HIS APPROACH

Travis believes lasting freedom comes from structure, not willpower alone. His approach centers on Dr. Douglas Weiss's Final Freedom and Dr. Ted Roberts' Pure Desire curriculums, a proven, step by step framework that has helped men understand how compulsive behavior takes hold and build real, practical tools for lasting change.

Every man who joins the group starts with an individual consultation with Travis or Sara Yarbrough, so they can hear your story before you ever sit down with the group. From there, the process is intentionally structured, weekly attendance, real homework between sessions, and honest accountability with other men doing the same work.

Travis holds a high standard for consistency because he's seen what happens when men try to white knuckle their way through recovery alone. The curriculum gives you a map. The group gives you people who won't let you disappear into secrecy again.

When hard moments come up in group, whether that's a relapse, a hard confession, or just admitting how bad things have gotten, Travis meets it with steadiness, not shock. There's no shame here, only the next right step.

By the end of the process, Travis hopes you have more than sobriety. He hopes you have a plan you trust and men in your corner who know the real you.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES

Cirriculum-Driven Recovery

Built on Dr. Douglas Weiss's Final Freedom and Dr. Ted Roberts Pure Desire programs, a structured, step by step process that gives men concrete tools and a clear path forward, not just conversation.

Group Accountability

A consistent group of men working the process together. Real homework, real check-ins, and the kind of honest community that keeps recovery from happening in isolation.
